Michelle is an oncology pharmacist, operational strategist, and advisor with more than two decades of experience across patient care, medication access, pharmacy operations, specialty workflows, revenue integrity, accreditation, and quality oversight.
Her perspective is shaped by years of seeing how strategy performs in real care environments. She helps organizations connect executive intent with the operational details that determine whether patients, teams, and systems can move forward.
